Ok - how do you fold the sides so perfectly? When I had ordered my 2 X 3.5, the flaps came all ready to fold. I bought a 3 X 7 sheet on Monday from a local sign shop and when I tried to fold the sides to make flaps, it was quite difficult. I finally got the sides to fold, but they are very uneven and look rather messy. It will work for now, but I'm looking to buy a more colorful piece of cloroplast in the future (all they had was white and I had four piggies waiting on the cage at home). Any suggestions? |

Use a ruler and score the sides using scissors. |

Yes, use a straight edge and a utility knife. Make sure you run the blade right up against the ruler. If you stray from the ruler, it will become wavy when you fold it. Cutting along/with the flutes is a little easier, just be careful to stay inside one of the flutes. |

Make sure you are bending the coro away from the score to make the flaps, as well. |
