So after some minor worries between my parents and I regarding the student loan bills that will be kicking in within a month. (The good news is coming.)
Well the loan place called me and the monthly bill is going to be about $150 less than expected. (yay!)
I am still waiting to hear from the Fafsa loans but I am pretty sure that they will be reasonable.
My father has given me the okay, and my mother said it sounds like everything will be fine. On top of those two loan bills...

So some of you may know my story. I'm a recent college graduate who has been spending hours after hours searching for a job in a market that is not newbie friendly. I took a hiatus from fun things like this forum when I started to get stressed about finding a job, But today out of the blue someone called to say that if I could come in they would give me a job.
What do you know! I went in and sure enough I start next week!
That means in another month or two I can finally put guinea pigs...

okay, so last week I had a job interview. I didn't hear back from them yet but there's still time.
Today I had another job interview. She sounded a little disinterested but maybe she was just distracted by something. I don't know, she said I would hear back for her by Thursday regarding a second interview (telling me if I earn one or not). Apparently I'm underqualified for the job in her opinion (babysitting... with light housekeeping duties.) I don't know why though... she only has one child...

Okay so I posted about me needing a job, which is very important. I need one for bills and for being able to keep guinea pigs.
It's a one year job... so I will probably wait to get the guinea pigs till I receive a more stable job- but for right now I can't be picky.
It's a job helping out a woman who is pregnant with triplets.
So keep me in your thoughts/ prayers and wish me luck please.

So I graduated from college last month (May). I graduated with a bachelors degree in Social work.
I knew with the current economy that I would have a time at finding a job... but I went ahead and worked hard at getting a cage/toys/hidey houses/fleece bedding... and bowls/water bottles.
I do not have food or water yet... as i don't have the guinea pigs. I don't have the guinea pigs because... I don't have a job.
I have the money set aside to adopt them and buy the last minute...
