Today, Chex and Pumpkin moved into their C&C cage! It was so exciting to see the little precious things running around so happy.
I let them have about a hour in their new home before adding the ramp to the seccond level. My intention for the seccond level was to have it be a "hay loft" and just have their food and water up there. I have their food on the first level just for tonight so I can see how they do with the ramp.

Yesterday I started the introductions between Chex and Pumpkin! Pumpkin is a 3 month-old, short silky haired rescue and is the sweetest thing!! When I started the intro, I was so nervous that they wouldn't get along(it was my first time introducing 2 piggys) but they clicked in 30 minutes! They are now in the same c&c cage and are already pretty inseparable! I gave them their veggies separately and Chex and Pumpy were running around the cage and weeking for each other! I already have a male guinea pig. I am getting a new pig but I am not sure what gender. I don't want a female because I don't want any unexpected babies, but I am afraid that 2 males will fight. Any suggestions?

How do you give your piggy vitamin c? I can't get mine to eat oranges. I got pellets with vitamin c in them but you never know how much they have left in them by the time you but them. help!!
