I haven't posted to my blog in a while, and I've been sort of inactive around the forums, though I do get on every day, usually. I feel so guilty! 
Anyways, I felt like I should post and avoid becoming altogether nonexistant on this forum. 
I will change! I promise! Anyways, I am going overboard on these smileys and really should stop. Soccer is starting soon, and thats really exciting. I also might move in a year, which is not so exciting. Either way, I'm back to school, and the younger kids look really small and the older ones look less huge than last year. I thought it was impossible...

hi im paige.recently i had just rescued an abused and neglected male guinea pig who was never fed the right foods,lived in a fish tank, had no bedding no food bowl or no shelter to feel safe in...just water...he was literally all skin and bones when i picked him up.his stomach was chafed really bad and he had alot of problems with his back legs.he would hop when he walked.he also had an anal impaction which i had cleaned twice a day.he would choke if you picked him up.and his heart would beat pretty fast.he would have crust all round the both of his eyes
, and a white substance in the corner of his left eye.i would put a tea bag
on both his eyes.ive only had him for 5 days and he had already passed this morning.lastnight i noticed him sort of shaking and lightly squeeking as if he was suffering.he would get on his side and just lay there with his heart just pumping faster and faster.i had checked on him a couple times through out the night and he seemed alright to me..then later that morning he started doing the same thing again rolling on his side and just breathing. very heavily. i just dont know what he died from..the old owners would feed him a ravioli once a week.and ive put so much good food he would love to eat..i bathed him because he hasnt had a bath in about 4 years. and i had clipped his nails that were very long and made his little feet turn sideways. i am very upset to how these people had treated this poor little guinea pig and i blame myself for not taking it 2 months ago when i had first saw it.

Paige, that is very sad! I'm sure the little guy was very thankful for you caring for him, though.
