Okay, so I bought a piggy name Sugar. She was on her own for a year before mum decided I was responsible enough to get her a friend.
We bought a bigger cage and all the stuff required for a duo of pigs.
So we bought a piggie and named her 'Spice'.
They didn't get along, we gave her back.
We tried a different pig, but htis time we took Sugar with us.
We put a fluffy little baby in with her, all was well until Sugar attacked her.
We ended up buying the fluffy baby
To those of you who don't know, I don't currently have piggies because my boyfriend lost his family dog of 14 years, after she was suffering for about 6 months. He feels getting another pet would replace her and really doesn't want any more pets right now, which of course I understand. But you as a fellow guinea pig addict will understand that I still watch youtube clips on piggies, go to pets shops and look at supplies and long for piggies of my own.
I thought a healthy way of helping

Well we just got Gwen yesterday. The humane society said that she was brought in with 2 other pigs and that the owner thought they were all males. The owner was keeping her in a 5 gallon aquarium with the other pigs. They brought her out in what looked like it could be a hamster cage with what looked to be bird food with pumpkin seeds, tiny little seeds, sunflower seeds, and cranberries (?). They gave us a 10 lb bag of food and some hay. The brand is LM farms and I have never had it before.
We are preparing for our new and upcoming foster pig. She is from an ex breeder that "wanted out". She'll be with us for a minimum of two months as she is on pregnancy watch, so we might have babies in our house!
She doesn't have a name as the breeder only named her prize male.
Here she is at the rescue. She comes to us (weather permitting) on friday (the 16th). I'm still thinking up a list of names for her.
