Hi guys! So I have one guinea pig her name is willow and I love her very much I would love to get another piggie but there's a problem... my mom. She dosn't think willow needs a friend even though pigs are social and NEED another pig. But my mom is so stubborn she says she dosn't need a friend and that I need to stop complaning. But i know willow would be so much happier so can you guys help I really need suggestions. Thanks

Just adopted another female piggy yesterday, she is such a little sweet heart, shy at first of coarse, and she is just sooo cute. I put her in usual quarentine and noticed she was sneezing a little too often. I examined her farther and saw she had a runny nose. So I have taken her back to the vet where I adopted her from and she will be treated for URI. I miss her already. Im glad that I caught it early, and she should be ok.

Since I moved into this house [Nov. '09] I have wanted my seven cavies to have their own free-range room. Due to a heck of a lot of financial trouble, I haven't been able to afford to do it until now. I bought all the supplies [around $100] today and I am building it tomorrow. If I can figure out how [I've had a lot of trouble with the galleries in the past] I will post in-process and finished photos here.
