Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0
Ok, I got my fleece, I washed it a few times, paid very close attention to temperature and soaps used. Now, I am going to cut it to fit my 2x3 cage, and I was wondering if you do anything to fasten it to the bottom of the cage once I place it down. Do you velcro it? Do you find that your pigs dig at the corners. My Otis loves to burrow, so I am wondering if he is going to try to get between the fleece and the newspaper below.... any help to get me through this next phase would be greatly apprecitated! Thanks! |

Velcro is one option. You can also clip it to the grids or use heavy objects to hold the corners down. |

Mine used to go under it, so I made it a bit bigger than the cage so that it could be tucked into the corners. If it is already cut, velcro will work. Just get the industrial strength velcro that is waterproof! Don't forget to put absorbent material under it and do not use fabric softener. |

You can cut it a little bit bigger than needed and clothespin it to the top of the Coroplast. |
