I have three seperate cages at the moment. Two quarantine and one normal. I use blankets for bedding and wash them everyday. I have been washing all three cages' blankets seperatly. But would it be safe to wash them all together in one big load? I'm just unsure if everything would get properly sanitized. What are your thoughts? |

I think you would be ok, that water gets hot, and the soap is pretty strong. I know washing kills Eggs for lice, which are probably more resistant then any Mite/Bacteria/Virus. |

I think it would be fine. Add vinegar to the wash. It's a natural antibacterial. |

Cool beans! This is going to save me so much work! With three bed-loads, it takes about 4 hours..and I can't start the rest of my house cleaning until pig beds are done. Not to mention it's going to save on the water bill |
