Bedding: Found a favorite litter box bedding

How much YN would you need to cover a 2 x 4?

I purchase the 13 lb bags, and I use it to cover their litter box area, which is 2x2. It takes about 1/4 bag to do that. so I'm going to guess and say 1/2 a bag. It doesn't need to be too deep either.

Ok now I am VERY interested in getting some Yesterday's News for our 3 boars and their litter box. They track their aspen bedding EVERYWHERE. So I just have a few questions:

Where do you buy your Yesterday's News? The only place around where I live that MIGHT carry it is a Petsmart.
How much does it usually cost per bag?

I used to buy YN for $5.99 per 13lbs bag at a place called Pet Club until I found out they sell guinea pigs. I no longer shop there. Now in the kitchen, I use wood stove pellets I got from OSH.

I don't think you should use it for the whole cage. It's pretty hard on their feet. It's ok for kitchen or litter boxes.

I usually use Aspen bedding, I've heard Yesterday's News is good though, should I try it?
