I just started a fleece cage for the first time, and it's just about time to do some washing. The question is, should I throw the bedding in the dryer? My fleece setup is one layer of fleece on top, a layer of terry cloth hand-sewn onto the top layer, a bottom layer of fleece with a layer of high-loft batting sewn to that on the inside, and then all of that hand-sewn together with a little bit of cotton stuffing inbetween. Do you think that could withhold a dry for delicates? Or should I not risk it and just air dry? |

If you have a good dryer, it can do even extra low or air dry (super delicate) like mine, and you would have no problems. If not, don't risk it. If you washed it and had a medium tumble, it should dry very fast outside, without the dryer. |

My fleece air dries within an hour or two. I would basically echo what BubuCandyBlue said. |

Can I ask what is risky about putting fleece in the dryer? I've been doing this with no problems, but I just want to ask? My HOA would have a heart attack if I had fleece blowing in the wind on my back patio. I guess I could dry it inside, but the dryer seems okay so far.. |

3luckyducks I put my fleece and towels in the dryer all the time. I think she's worried about the stitches or the batting. |
