Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 It is pretty tough to the touch, and seems like the texture of pelleted food. It doesn't absorb as much as most other beddings do, and may be more expensive. See the bedding page for more ideas here: http://cavycages.com/bedding.htm. Good luck! |

Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 Thanks for the replies. I just stuck with my aspen and carefresh(critter care). My pigs seem to like it! |

Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 Corn cob bedding isn't recommended at all - it also moulds easily which is no good for them, and if ingested, it can swell up inside their intestines and cause a fatal blockage. Here's a good page of information on bedding http://cavycages.com/bedding.htm. |
