New album for Charlie's photos

For those that took photos and already posted them or have additional ones, I copied and uploaded a few test photos. If you all could please re-upload them to the new section in the gallery for Charlie, that would be great.

Only members who have indicated they want to be in this user group have access to that album.

I see some of mine already in there. Do I still need to upload them all? I think I do as you have said they are test photos but I want to check first.

Thanks T! Looks like you opened the gallery just in time so I only have to do the uploading once!

Oh and I like how the right gallery comes up for each forum - the Charlie one in here, the 'Cages for other pets' gallery in the Other pets section.

Are you ditching the last thread, or just adding to it? You know the thought of going through all that uploading again sends a shiver down my spine!!!

Not ditching it, but I really want all the Charlie photos in the Charlie album. I apologize for the duplicate work. But, it will be easier for people to see them this way.

OK - you are going to have to talk me through this one step at a time!

I have re-uploaded my first picture of Charlie, but I have no idea where it has gone - I have an awful funny feeling he may be lurking in the 'open multi level' cage section!!!

I moved your photo. When you do the upload, you pick which group you want it to go in, if you don't pick one, it goes to your own gallery which doesn't really get shown anywhere. The Charlie section is at the end of the list.

Oh, and I deleted all the photos that I had uploaded as placeholders. So there should be no confusion as to which photos still need to be uploaded. Thanks again!

Thanks T! But I don't see Charlies' thread - I only see cavy slave galleries at the end of the list! Where am I going wrong?

Silly. You were supposed to sign up to be in Charlie's User Group. Go to your profile, select Group Memberships and sign up. Then you'll have the option to upload photos in his section!

Duhhh - now I get it!

Hmmm - seeing as I have several hundred pics to upload, can I use the 'skip the upload and use pics already uploaded' facility??
