Sad and lonely female seeks new home and companionship

I have a female piggie that I need to place. I rescued her along with her dad and brother. She had not been separated from them after she was born so, I have been on pregnancy watch. My feeling is that she isn't pregnant - she isn't getting fatter and hasn't had a huge weight gain. I do however, think she is sad and lonely.

I'm not able to afford to have her spayed right now so, I have had her separated from her dad and brother since I brought them home. I don't have any other piggies to keep her company. I'm getting concerned about her because she hardly comes out of her igloo any more and she has been eating less than when I first brought her home.

I'm not very "pig savvy" so, I'm not completely sure what breed she is. She has very soft, fluffy hair (not wild - just fluffy). Please, is there anyone out there who could give this little girl a home and some company? I live in West Grove, PA (zip: 19390) and I am willing to travel within 30min of my home.

Thanks,

Re: Sad and lonely female seeks new home and companionship

Any idea how old she is or even what she weighs could help? It would give a better idea on how likely she is to be pregnant. It sounds like she might turn out to be part peruvian. Short haired guinea pigs tend to have smooth less fluffy hair than part peruvian pigs.
