Not a guinea pig.. But a female rat, two mother cats and kittens need to be adopted

Hi. A friend of mine has a rat that she dosen't want, and neither does her family. It was originally for the snake ((shivers)) but it became too big and fought and bit the snake, making the python back down. Right now she is in a 20 gallon tank (SMALL), carefresh bedding (used to be in cedar, but I told my friend about it and bought some bedding for the poor rat), and one water bottle. Basically NOTHING else. She dosen't get a blend of food, just veggies everyday. She's skinny (to me) and we think she needs a good home. She's white with red eyes, and is territorial but maybe it's just because she hasn't had the best life. If anyone is looking to adopt a rat, she and I live in the St.Louis county area. I'll be fostering the rat soon (maybe, actually) in my dad's house, so I can drive or meet up with anyone who is interested. Otherwise the rat is going back to PetCo where she probably won't find a home because she's big now.
Then there are two mothers and kittens. (This is NOT my cousin by the way, one of my good friends) They need to be adopted because they can't take care of them anymore and are going to give them to a shelter. I think that's better than taking the rat to PetCo, but she and I would rather see the cats go to a good home than go to a shelter first, where the cats could be euthanized if they weren't adopted. The moms are black, and one of the moms' kittens: two blacks, 1 brownish/blackish tabby and a greyish tabby/almost plain colored. The other mom has not has babies yet.

If anyone is interested in adopt a rat or moms/kittens near St.Louis, MO (or even an hour or so away) please reply, I'm really wanting to give them new homes and so is my friend.

Bring the rat to the shelter. They will adopt it out for you. :0)
