Almost all languages use capitalization. I don't speak or write German but I understand the concept of capitalizing and basic punctuation in German.

How do I know? Because other then their lack of capitalization their post was fine.
They also said in a later post that they wrote that way because that is how they write to their friends. In other words with their friends they can be lazy. I do not consider laziness to be a disability.
If people get embarassed by being reminded to post properly then it's not me (or any other mod) that caused their embarassment. They did it to themselves. If people would take the time to read the posting rules on forums they join and follow them then we wouldn't even be having this discussion would we?
