I have a 2 year old male guinea, he seems very happy but I think he would like a mate. As soon as I get home from work or out of bed and he hears my voice he starts his weeeeeping!! squeeling and jumping up on the side of the cage. I think he is just hungry but I think he would enjoy a female. I am not sure if two males would fight in his cage cause it is not real huge. If I got a second guinea I would get a much larger cage his cage now is 3 ft by 2 ft approximately. If I were to get a female I am going to ask my vet about neuterning him
