Hi, I'm Max the Skinny Pig and I'm looking for the right home that will give me all the love and attention I deserve and need. Things have gotten crazy around here since the arrival of the puppy, now my floor time has been diminished, luckily I have a big c&c cage to run around in. I love to popcorn, especially around 9pm. My dad said I could stay if I could have a playmate to keep me company, but my mom said enough with the pets, so it's best if I pack my bags. Although my dad wants a real piggie lover to take me home, so if you are reading this, odds are you are a lover of piggies, hopefully skinnies. Things you should know, I am a male, around 8 months old, and I come with my c&c home. My dad said he would take me to my new loving home if you are in the Ottawa area if you do not have a vehicle large enough to transport my cage. My family will be sad to see me leave, but I need more attention than they can provide at the moment. I'm available immediately for free adoption, just a guarantee of a loving home. My dad has attached pictures of me and the cage.

Just a tip, ask for an adoption fee around $25 for everything including the little cutie to keep away snake breeders/owners.

Thanks for the tip, I would have never even imagined someone wanting to use Max as food, that's awful. I will definitely be screening any potential adoptors, even more closely now!

Awww, he's such a cutie! Too bad I live so far away, hubby has seen the "skinny" breed of guineas and has fell in love with them! Good luck finding Max a good home, I'm sure he will find a good family with your help.

Just wondering if you found a home for Max? I live ing Kingston which isn't too far but definitely far enough. I would love to have hime. We have 3 males, can he be put in with guinea pigs? Anyways, please let me know. He is adorable and I have been look at the skinnies for a while.

Hi babybobber, Max is still available for adoption. You should have no problem socializing him with your 3 guinea pigs, although you might have to do it slowly. Put the cages beside each other so they can get used to each other, then give them floor time together. It shouldn't take long before they are all living happily together. My apologies, I meant to change my post after I received the first reply from Vicky2. I would never have thought of anyone looking for free food for a snake, but I'm taking Vicky2's advice and will be asking for an adoption fee of $25 for Max and his cage, not that I'm implying you are a snake owner, so please do not take offence. Plus it will cover the cost of my gas to drive the round trip of 3 hours to Kingston. If you are still interested, send me a private message.

Hi, it's Max, I just want to let everyone know that I am no longer available for adoption. My entire family is now giving me lots of attention and pitching in to keep my cage clean and play with me, so I have decided to stay with them!
