Boars in Colorado

I have two boars that I need to rehome. They are together and get along grate and do not want to seperate the 2 boys. They are 5 and 6 months of age. I did not make this choice litely and I am not rehoming because I can't take care of them. They can and will stay until I find a good home for them. I am rehoming due to an accidental pregnancy to insure that this does not happen again.

You will have to provide your own houseing for them as I will need their cage to seperate any males from the expected litter to arrive around Sept. 20th or so and I will be rehomeing all the males from that litter too and I will only be keeping my females.

I do want to insure that whoever adopts the boys from me does have a C&C or Alternative Cage that meats a 7.5 square feet minimum for 2 pigges but bigger is better. I know that the 2 boys do get along grate in a 2x3 cage as I have used this size for cleaning and remodeling cages, etc.
although I would prefer that they go to someone who would keep them together and who can give them atleast a 2x4 C&C Cage or bigger if you will be adding them to other males that you may have.

If you are interested, I will tell you my rehoming fee at that time.

Re: Boars in Colorado

Just wanted to add that I am in Lamar, Colorado which is about 2 hours from Garden City Kansas. 1 1/2 hours from Boise City, Oklahoma if that helps as far as location.

Glad to hear you found a solution. It's easier on you that way.

Re: Boars in Colorado

Yes, it is easy but the boys and my girls will have to be in smaller cages but they will still be the minimum sizes at the very least.
