In Rescue/Shelter: Is there anyone around the Gwinnett County, GA area?

There is an adorable "female" tan/white guinea pig at the Gwinnett county shelter. My husband has given me a firm NO on taking her and I really don't want her to be put to sleep. She looks absolutely adorable and it looks like she may have pink eyes. I would LOVE to adopt her but I've been out of work with health issues a lot lately and we really don't need to add any pets. Please If there is anyone close that can adopt her or knows of a cavy rescue that might take her, please help! Here is a picture of her from the county website.

P.S. I put the female in quotations because I haven't seen the piggy myself and that is what is on the site. However we all know there is a chance she was mis-sexed and is actually male.
