Found on Craigslist Black and White guinea Pig (Low Maintainance) (Bridgeport, CT) Reply to: ortzn3@aol.com [SIZE=1][[/SIZE][SIZE=1]?[/SIZE][SIZE=1]][/SIZE] Date: 2008-09-12, 12:36PM EDT Small black and white guinea pig with a big cage, water bottle, food dish, and blue plastic igloo house. Also, have some food and bedding leftover. Children have graduated up tp a puppy and now we are looking for a good home for Julius please let me know if you are interested. Julius loves to come out of his cage and be pet and loved. He is very friendly and is extremely low maintainance. Value of everything is $180.00.       |

I know. The disposable pet mentality is maddening. Bridgeport isn't too far away from where I work, but I can't take all of the craigslist pigs. As much as I would like to sometimes! I need to give my current girls time to get to know us and each other before I consider adding another pig to the family. So sad |

I hear you on that one. I just took in a CL pig. I had to... I'm trying to just be a foster mom but I am already in love. Living arrangements have to be hashed out though and maybe I do have to place him somewhere, especially if there is fighting, I have limited space right now. *sigh* Had to get him out of that situation though and he is a real doll... |

This is so sad. I saw a similar post on my orlando craigslist. They were done with the guinea pig as they had had her for a year and now their daughter wanted to take care of a puppy. So in a few years when they are done with the puppy whats the next step? Makes me sick. |

Since the kids have "graduated up to a puppy", this boy needs a home (Bridgeport, CT)
