Re: Looking for M & F Guineas- OHIO

Hi, welcome to the forum. Why are you so specific about the type of GPs you want. Are you planning on breeding some beautiful fuzzy teddies?

Only because I had a teddy and it passed.

And yes I am looking to possibly breed. They are for my 2 children. Which also happen to be a boy and a girl...

Re: Looking for M & F Guineas- OHIO

Hello and welcome.
Have you read around the forum and the rules? This forum is pro rescue, and you will not find any helpful tips on breeding. Please look into rescue, there are far too many homeless guine pigs that are looking for homes, no more need to be added to the mix.

Righty-o. Rescue forum. It's good to read a bit about a forum before you join. You can keep yourself out of a lot of trouble that was.

Honestly, there are more GPs out there then there are homes for them. Pleas reconsider your desire to breed and instead just adopt some that might otherwise be euthanized or abandoned. Help save some lives. The little ones need your help and it's a great moral lesson to teach your children. Adopting instead of breeding teaches children compassion for animals and for human beings.
