Re: Im looking for a bunny According to Rabbit Rehome - Adopt an unwanted bunny from a rescue centre there is SSPCA Ayr Animal Welfare Centre Millview, No 4 Holding, Mainholm, Ayr, KA6 5HD Tel: 01292 265975 There are many more on the list, and also UK ANIMAL RESCUERS - HAMSTERS, GUINEAPIGS, RABBITS, FERRETS , but I don't know which you're willing to drive to. I'm not sure how much you know about rabbits, and I don't want to come across as lecturing or condescending, but I don't know why you'd want one female. It sounds like you don't have one already, in which case it would probably be better to adopt two rabbits. They are social like cavies and humans. Even if you and/or others are around all the time, so the rabbit isn't lonely, the rabbit would still appreciate someone who can fully understand and talk rabbit language and do rabbit-things together. If you haven't yet, please go to House Rabbit Society Rabbit Care Guide and read their Adoption, Care, Behavior, and Health sections. FAQ: Should I Get a Second Rabbit talks about this specifically. (Hmm...reading it made me think I should contact them to ask them to specify there should be more than one guinea pig, and they should be not be allowed full contact with the rabbit.)

Re: Im looking for a bunny Flats to rent London, jobs in London, flatshare, free classified ads UK is a good place to find a pet to adopt too. The actual site is called Gumtree. If you click the link it will make more sense when you see it. There are always bunnies there for adoption. Click on the city nearest you, and then click pets when the new page opens up.

Re: Im looking for a bunny I am a little confused if you really want to get a companion for the next say, possibly 5-7 or more years, why you would not be willing to make a good day of it to go get said compainion from wherever it is located, providing you have the physical means to get there... If a suitable rescue bun is not available within 1 hour of you, why not go just a little further, maybe even 2 or 3 hours per say... I have traveled further, not everyone is willing, but if it is within the scope of a daytrip, what is the hold up? Go get em! I also think that if one is not available now that you like, just wait a few weeks, and I bet that there will be one! It seems when you are looking, there are often none to be found, then when you are not looking, unwanted animals are coming out of your ears! Sometimes all this game requires is a little patience!
