2 young ladies needing new forever home

Hello. I have two 10 month old unaltered female (sister) piggies that are needing a new loving, forever home. Although I and my family love them, no one seemes willing to give them the time and attention I feel they deserve. Don't get me wrong they are fed well and kept clean, but I spend more time cleaning their cage each week then they spend out with any of us. They are lucky if they get out more than 15 minutes a week and I just feel bad for them.

They have been together since birth and get along well so they really need to be kept together. I believe Popcorn, who is all white, is an Abyssinian. I believe Squeakers, who is black and white, is an English smooth coated cavie.

They currently have a 2 x 4 grid C&C cage with an upper deck which is included along with all the food and other accesories I have. I currently have about 10 lbs. of Oxbow timothy hay and 8 pounds of Mazuri pellets. They normally eat Oxbow pellets, but I was unable to get them this last time.

They are both healthy and very sweet. They are still skittish and do not like to be picked up, but they are OK once you get them out. I am not in a big rush to find them a new home, so I will not just give them to anyone. I am also asking for $40 just to help offset the cost of eveything we have invested over the past 9 months. I will put it in our pet fund for the other critters we have around here to help pay for vet bills, etc.

Squeakers Popcorn

Home Sweet Home

Re: 2 young ladies needing new forever home

Sorry, I realized that I didn't mention where we're located. We are in Pueblo, CO, about 2 hours south of Denver.

Re: 2 young ladies needing new forever home

Well, my ladies have gone to a new forever home in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. There new mommy, along with her children, drove 3 hours to come and get the girls, their cage and belongings. I am very excited because I think the girls are going to a wonderful new home where they will get the attention they weren't able to get here. Good luck my babies!
