He is! I emailed the person and told them he needs a bigger cage & a friend, so hopefully they can at least pass the info along to whomever gets him. I'd get him, but my husband would kill me. Plus I don't have the time to drive out that direction in the next week.

I have a female that looks like that but with all short hair.
