I did read the sticky, and I did check petfinder, craiglist, and so forth. I would rather not have to drive as far as Denver if possible. Does anyone know of piggies in need of rescue in Southeast Wyoming? Or at least know of a responsible breeder in area? I have one piggy right now, a male. When the C&C cage is finished I would like to get him a buddy. A young one, or one used to children and another pig, would be the best fit. |

You might also want to try posting a request on Guinea Lynx and Guinea Pig Home. Rescuers often coordinate piggie trains to bring pigs to someone, this may be an option for you if you fall in love with a piggie who is a bit too far away. Personally I don't believe any form of breeding is responsible, considering how many homeless pigs there are. If you can't come to a homeless piggie, please let one come to you! The euthanization rate for gps is far too high to breed more. |
