Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0
I'm in a situation where I'm being forced to move and since there is no other house deal like the one I'm currently living in, I'm having to rehome most of my animals. There is a nearby rescue who will be taking all 7 of my guinea pigs. But then I remembered this part of the forum and thought I would throw it out there just in case someone actually lives nearby me and wants to adopt some of my pigs. I have 3 bonded pairs. There are 2 boars that are bonded, 2 sows, then a mix couple with a neutered male. I believe the rescue lady has laid personal claim to my single 5 year old peruvian male. Anyway, I live in Huntsville, Alabama. If anyone is interested I have tons of pictures and information about each pig's personality. Thanks. |

You would need to travel to Alabama in the United States to adopt this pig. Shipping live animals is extremely dangerous and cruel. |

Well, thought I'd try this thread as a last resort so that all my pigs wouldn't have to go the rescue. I even asked Janet at Knoxville Guinea Pig Rescue but she is moving as well and won't be taking in anymore piggies. I'm driving all 7 of my pigs to a rescue this coming Saturday, as well as my 2 birds. I thought I had more homes set up but bit by bit those plans fell through. Please have good thoughts for the future homes of my babies. I hate having to give them up. |
