Hello,

Does anyone know where I could adopt a piggie in the city of Chicago? I would like to get a playmate for my male piggie. Also, would getting a younger male be ok for him? I have heard that they are territorial.

Check the classifieds at cavyrescue and placement at guinealynx.com too. Also at petfinder and gpan.net.

www.petfinder.com has over 100 piggies in local animal shelters.

How old is your male? The rescue will probably be your best bet. They can help you match the piggies based on personality.

Try looking at www.petfinder.com classifieds and adoptables.
Also, see www.cavyrescue.com for classifieds and rescue listings.
There's always the good old yellow pages and google for finding out where shelters are. Good luck!
