looking to adopt in PA

Hi everyone! My husband hasn't warmed up to the idea yet but I would like to get our Ruby a friend. She is about 6 or 7 months old. I think if I can show him a piggy in need he would go for it. The abstract idea of another guinea pig just isn't doing it. He's really a softy so I think if I had pictures and evidence that a pig needed us he would change his mind. So if anyone knows about a piggy needing a home could you help point me in the right direction?

I have checked with all the shelters within an hour or two from me and no luck. I check petfinder everyday too, and nothing yet. I have only seen bonded pairs and I KNOW he won't go for getting two more...

If anyone knows of a piggy for adoption in the Pittsburgh, PA area can you let me know? Thanks.
