Pig in Twin Cities living in storage container

I saw this little guy on craigslist. He's living in a storage container right now, so if anyone is interested, I think this little guy could use a good home.

Looking for a guinea pig?

Re: Pig in Twin Cities living in storage container

Apparently, they were thinking about keeping this pig, so they may not contact you back about taking him, but if you are looking to adopt in the Twin Cities, there are plenty of pigs looking for homes.

Re: Pig in Twin Cities living in storage container

She did contact me today. I really don't need another guinea pig right now, but I can't stand to see him in a rubbermaid tote like that.
I have twin 3 year olds and the majority of pigs available in the tc area say not for kids under 10.
Hopefully Moose will blend in well with the family. I will keep you updated.

Re: Pig in Twin Cities living in storage container

I know you said you didn't need more pigs, but if you are interested, I foster for the Twin Cities Guinea Pig Rescue, and we do have pigs right now that don't have restrictions on living with children. It's up to you, but if you are looking, I could give you more information on some of the pigs we have available. Oh, and if you are in the area, please come to the MN pignic on June 2. We really want a lot of people to come. Here is a link with more info on that.

Re: Pig in Twin Cities living in storage container

I do plan to go to the pignic. Hopefully by then we will be in more of a postion to take in more pigs. I talked to my hubby about doing foster care for the TCGPR and he said we could after we move.

Is there a list of dishes that people are bringing so I don't bring something that someone else is?

Re: Pig in Twin Cities living in storage container

I private messaged you to not sidetrack this thread about the pignic, since it's in the adoptables discussion section.
