 Where can I purchase another piggy in Chicago? We  are piggy. We have a female and we just got her a couple of months ago. We made a cage big enough for two. We don't know where is a good place to purchase another piggy in Chicago? Does anyone have any suggestions?Last edited by VoodooJoint : 03-17-07 at 03:15 pm. | Re: Where can I purchase another piggy in Chicago? Welcome! Instead of purchasing another guinea - it would be really good for you to rescue one from a local shelter. Unfortunately, petstore bought piggies are often ill cared for (both before coming to the shop, and whilst up for sale). Adopting a piggy from a shelter not only gives a deserving piggy the chance of a good life in a forever home, it stops one more piggy being overbred to feed the petstore's pocket! There will be someone nearer you who will I'm sure be able to advise you of a good rescue or shelter near to you! Have a look around the forum - there's tons of great information on the best care of your new piggies! Let us know how you get on! |
