2 Females need a new home in Georgia Hi, I am located in Georgia, near Augusta, and have two very friendly female guinea pigs. Coco and Pebbles were adopted from a rather poor situation as far as proper care was concerned but they were very loved. They have been here for a few months and need a new home due to allergy problems. They currently live in a C&C cage that is 3'x5' and have daily floor time. They love to play with their bell and ball and hide in their happy huts. They live on fleece. I wanted to try the forum first because I want them well cared for. They have a fresh supply of hay and pellets and get a 2 cups of fresh veggies each day, In the morning they wheek when they see us getting up because they enjoy attention. They are used to children loving on them. Coco is chocolate brown and Pebbles is tri colored. Pebbles is a very large piggy. I will be listing this on the other site mentioned on this forum also. If there are any suggestions for finding them the right home, please let me know. Thanks, Jennifer

Re: 2 Females need a new home in Georgia If you can, posting pictures can go a long way towards helping to find your pigs a home. Also, will they be coming with their cage, toys, accessories, etc? As much detail as possible is very helpful.

Re: 2 Females need a new home in Georgia There is a rescue near Atlanta called North Georgia Guinea Pig Rescue. She had room a few days ago, she may still be able to take them in. Here is her website North Georgia Guinea Pig Rescue

Re: 2 Females need a new home in Georgia I'm not so sure about Kimmies. I've heard some things. I can vouch that North Georgia is an awesome rescue with very stringent quarantining, screening, and excellent cavy care.

Re: 2 Females need a new home in Georgia Oh, I TOTALLY agree with you mkkayla, North GA is the best. That's were I got my first 2 piggies. I recently found out about Kimmies, you obviously know more than me. I was actually considering adopting from her place because is closer and more convenient, please send me a PM and tell me what have you heard. I would like to be well informed before I make this decision. Thanks.

Re: 2 Females need a new home in Georgia mkkayla: I was also thinking about adopting from Kimmies. If you ever see this and don't mind, please PM me as well. Also, herbmommy: I was wondering if you ever found your two piggies a home.
