| Help! I recently adopted 2 females. One died last weekend of old age. I am now looking for a pig within 100 miles of Fargo, ND 58104. I checked petfinder, nothing. Anyone near me with a guinea pig (female) to spare? I'd be able to pay an adoption fee of up to $30 thanks. I feel awful and my poor Chloe is so lonely. PM me or email pferd_geist@yahoo.com or 701-412-4173. |

| Re: Help! Call your local animal control office and try vet clinics. Many times there are animals but they are not listed on Petfinder especially in more rural areas. I have found it to be a great starting point. Usually, if they don't have any available, they can send you in the right direction to a private rescue or foster program. Good luck on your search and kudos on your choice to adopt rather than buy a pet. |
