Two girl piggies in Lexington, KY

I have these two sweeties available for adoption. They are bonded and must go together. Stella is an all black satin self, and Snickers is a tricolor abyruvian. Both girls are rescues (less than a year old) and are now ready for a forever home. I'm willing to travel a couple hours in any direction to ensure a good placement. I also have a 2x4 C&C cage that can go with them for $30, it is brand new. I only want the best home for these girls so don't feel bad if I ask a lot of questions. Their adoption fee is $15.

Feel free to email or PM me anytime!

Aww! They're so adorable. I especially love Stella the all black one. How gorgeous. Good luck with finding them a home.

Well if you can not find anyone nearby that is a good home, let me know. I am a bit of a distance away from you (Just south of Columbus, Ohio) but I do have 5 females and 1 male already and they have an entire bedroom they live in You can view the setup in my gallery of pictures. Anyway, let me know if you can't find anyone.

Plummie,

They are so pretty! Do you know if they like to snuggle?
Are any of your other piggies going to be having any babies anytime soon?
I'm really missing my Daisy. I hope your piggies get a good home. My husband said he would be willing to travel a little for a good match.

Re: Two girl piggies in Lexington, KY

Hi MissDaisy, thanks for the warm thoughts.

None of my sows will have babies because I don't have any boars. The only way I would have babies is if I take in a rescue that is already pregnant. In fact, Stella actually came to me this way last April. She wasn't even fully grown and was pregnant. That was scary! But thankfully she had a successful delivery (four pups) and was a great momma. All of her pups were placed in good homes too and I get frequent updates on how well they're doing as adults. Can't say I'd ever want to go through that again!

Anyhow, I do hope you find a piggy soon - try visiting your local humane society or shelter. The one here in Lexington ALWAYS has guinea pigs for adoption. Pretty ones too! Good luck in your search!
