Well Tinkerbells babys were born yesterday and in about 4-5 weeks they will be needing homes.
Im in California if anyone is intrested.

Well I have both parents but I didnt breed them on purpose,dad got through the divider outside during playtime.But since then he has been neutered.

I sure hope not! But they are very adorable... if I didn't have 7 sows already I would take a girl. Don't forget, that boy needs to be separated at about 3 weeks old or you could have 3 pregnant pigs! I've had two accidental litters (both purchased from people who didn't know any better) and I've found that girls are way more common... (out of 7 babies, 6 were girls). So be careful and good luck!

There's no need to be rude. I was just trying to be helpful because I noticed you were new. You just said in '4 or 5 weeks' so I thought that maybe that's when you were separating them. And thank you flowerpower :@... I didn't notice you got to posting before me.

I'm pretty sure Macayle isn't a breeder Poppy. At least not anymore. This litter appears to have been accidental when her boar escaped from his side of the playpen during playtime.

I wouldnt call myself a breeder but I have bred 3 litters on purpose in the past and have kept most of the babys.

And there is no such thing as a ''shaggy sheltie'' They are just shelties and if they are not pure breds then they are just pets

Not that I condone breeding but I think it's better to have someone who bred before come here and choose not to breed again than to leave here and continue breeding.

Wow Fanch, those are fighting words on this forum. I do not want to detract from the post about finding these lovely babies a home (they are VERY cute) but just so you know, this forum is very anit-breeding and pro-rescue. I have found it to have some great piggy advice and I am sure that you will have alot to contribute, but you'll not want to discuss breeding here. Just warning you before the Mods get ahold of it. There are plenty of pigs needing a home without breeding more and it is very risky for the lives of mom and babies.

I agree, I think that it is great that Maclaye has educated her/his self about breeding and has stated that this was the last (accidents do happen).
