Voodoo, I think I'm going to need a pig for my nephew when he's here too.... He's taken over my pigs.

I like how he has Ellie's butt up in the air and kept poking it and saying butt..... Also, now his pig is either Gary, Bob, or Bruce depending on what he decides it is at the time.

Wow, this is such a great idea. I would really love to have one of Nala. I will get some pictures of her together and PM them to you. I live in England though, so how much would it cost to mail her over here?

I don't understand the payment thing. I'd prefer to send a cheque but that would take ages to get to you. I have a paypal account that I opened on E-bay, is that what I could use and if so, how? (sorry if I'm being a bit dumb here)

We recieved cotton in the mail saturday, It's supposed to be like my husbands pig Cotton which died a short time back. He was expecting red eyes and longer hair but I think he likes it anyway. Its hard to tell right now what he's feeling but I thought I would write and say thanks.

I will begin making the Cuddly Cavies again as soon as my life allows me to.

Things here in New Orleans are busy. I have a lot of work to do now that I'm back. My home needs extensive repairs, I'm battling the insurance company, I keep getting underground leaks that threaten to flood my house, I'm trying to rebuild my business, help my friends whose houses flooded, helping out at various animals rescues not to mention the fact that electricity and phone/internet cannot be relied on.

By the end of most days I'm so worn out that all I want to do is sleep. Hopefully I will soon calm down and have the energy to start crocheting again.

Meanwhile I have gotten the PMs from people who want to be on the waiting list. I will start contacting people in line once I am able to do the work.

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to crocheting the cuddly cavies. I've been very busy down here not only fixing up my own home but I've been spending a lot of my free time helping out others to gut, demolish and repair/rebuild.

Today I rebuilt a kitchen counter, installed a new stove, helped roof a house and helped tear down a damaged brick wall so we can rebuild it. Tomorrow will be more of the same.

My hands, body and mind are so worn out at the end of the day that I usually can't even hold a crochet hook.

Eventually I'll be able to get back to crocheting but I need to give it a rest for just a little while longer.

Meanwhile feel free to PM me to get on the waiting list. I'm keeping those PMs so I know who's next in line.

Wow well I definately wont be complaining about what I have to do today you put into perspective how trivial some of my gripes are. What you are doing must be exhausting and upsetting yet make you feel really good.
