Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 I haven't bought Cyndi a brick, and I haven't had her for more than a month yet. I have read the brick posts and one person asked " what if they nibble?" They were using the bricks to hold down the fleece over a pigloo. I'm interested in using it to soak up water and for her nails. Again, if they nibble on it, is it bad for them? Or should I just stick to cutting her nails? |

A brick will most likely not be sufficient to keep her nails trim. You will still have to cut them. A little bit of nibbling is fine. Just make sure she has unlimited hay to chew on. Are you planning on getting a friend for Cyndi? Pigs with buddies are less likely to spend all day chewing on things that aren't good for them. |

Yeah, we plan on getting her a friend =-) The cage we have is the cage we got her in from a friend of a friend. It's not small, but it's not big ENOUGH. I know she's not too happy with it right now, we try to keep her out of the cage as much as possible. How would I go about adopting another guinea? Also, everyone says hay, does that really work? I'm not doubting anybody haha, but it's more like, HOW does it work I guess is what I'm asking. Thank you for replying |
