Wow Princesspoppy, I'm impressed. I use wadding as well, as I can't find batting (although in some fabric shops I was told they were the same thing ).

My fabric shop sells wadding cheaper than batting. 1 meter of batting is 6 euro. Wadding per meter is 4.50. So of course i go with the cheaper one. Smam results really.

Yeah, it's polyester filling, sold in the same plastic bag since time began. it may require some "fluffing" after washing, but yeah, it should do fine.
