Stand for food dishes

I saw on zooplus a stand for food bowls:

Great Deals on Cage Accessories for Small Animals at Zooplus: Wonderland Dinner Table

I *think* they're 8.5cm tall, but I'm not sure, they may be 10cm. The main question is whether they'd be able to comfortably reach their food and eat it.

I thought it might add some enrichment as they have to reach up for their food, keep it all contained and stop them from tipping over their bowls. If they can't I'll just use their old bowls. Though I do think that it would look cute

Re: Stand for food dishes

That is really cute but I'd be concerned about the height of it for piggies. It would be at a height of 10cm (3.9") and the width would be 8.5cm (3.3"). Maybe if you were to put a couple of bricks in front of it where the pigs could sit on the bricks and eat or cut the legs off a little, it would probably work. Otherwise it would most likely be too tall for them to reach.
