I've seen several people with nifty bent grid tunnels in the Galleries. I keep two plain bent grids in my girls cage, and they love to play in them, but I bet they would like them even more if they were covered! How do I make a durable and removeable cover for them? I would like to make use of something I might already have around the house, like a towel or pillowcase if I could. |

I just take a folded piece of fleece, drape it over the outside of the bent grid and clip it on the bottom with binder clips. |

I use a cloth book cover (for textbooks) for mine. |

This is what I do too. I used to have one for the inside and the outside of the tunnel, but some pieces got lost in the laundry (the must be somewhere with my socks). |

I've used towels before I had scraps of fleece to use for covers. A pillow case cut to size could work, too. The only problem is that they are usually cotton or a blend, and can hold moisture so they get stinkier quicker. |

I sew a pillow-case style cover for mine, in dimensions appropriate for a grid. It's super easy, and they look really nice (see my gallery for pics). |
