I am getting a guinea pig in a few weeks, and I've read a lot of reviews. I am pretty sure that Super Pet ™ Giant Igloos are good, and I have purchased one. It's hard to tell since I am yet to get the guinea pig, but they are supposedly unbreakable. If you have a strong guinea pig, it might be a bit tippable, but that's no problem. And I don't think that you can see into the igloo, except for the opening. |

I had those waffle blocks once. My Guinea Pig chewed right through it. Then I had a chube and the Guinea Pigs nearly ate that to pieces. Now I have a plastic tunnel and they still chew that. I think a Pigloo or a bent grid tunnel would work. But as I recall hearing from another site(it was about cozies though), Each Guinea Pig likes to have its own bed. But then again, that was for cozies so that's completely different. I want a pigloo but my Guinea Pigs don't like to sleep in the same place together. |
