I really like the cozy found here but I don't like any of the fabric choices available. I want to make my own, but I can't figure out how they made it to stay so stiff. Does anyone know, or do you know where I can get a pattern for something like this? |

Batting, maybe the same type used in some of the fleece bedding for the cages or comforter. on site: "Hypo-allergenic poly-fil base" |

Try foam batting (1" thick, or 1/2" thick), or perhaps flexible plastic (like the top of a coffee can?). |

You can also email the person who makes them with what type of colors you want. Even though she doesn't currently have the colors you specifically want up on the web, she can probably find something if you give her an idea of what you're looking for. |
