Re: What can i use as a hay rack, the hay is getting all over the fleece?

I used a formula can I cut the side off and zip tied it to the grid they pull the hay through the grids and it's fairly neat too.

I use an old plastic wide bristle hair brush as a rake to rake out the old hay off the fleece.I dont recomend usind news paper unless you called the manufacturer and find out if the ink is natural soy based. besides that the dyes are not safe and as you know piggies lick their feet!

Africa - I would avoid the hay ball. Pigs have been known to get their heads stuck in them, and beyond that, they can be difficult to get hay out of.
