Tunnels: Tunnel Instructions?

Does anyone have instructions for making fleece tunnels with boning?

My piggie won't use a cuddle cup because it's open (no top/roof). He also doesn't like anything resting on his head and will shove upwards to get it off, so the cuddly sacks are out. I'm thinking a fleece tunnel with boning at both ends and a point or two in the middle would be a good solution. Has anyone made one before?

I've made one out of fleece with 2 small (about 8cm long) pieces of corrogated drainage tube at each end. My pigs love it! It is about 40cm long strtched out. They bend it into all sorts of shapes. And I can take the plastic bits out to wash easily.
