I went to the hardware store to see what I could use for a hidy hut for my herd of two. I got two 4" PVC 90 degree elbows (male/female). They fit together to form a 180 degree shaped hut with two entrances (or exits). I put it in the cage and, as expected, they were a little cautious at first. Then Snowflake decided to investigate. She went in one end, and to her surprise, came out the other end. Wow! This is pretty neat! After about five minutes, she was doing laps through the pipe at about 100 miles and hour, popcorning, kicking up her heels and generally going nuts! Bear had to check this out but he remained a little more subdued. I think they like it! I hope to get a bigger cage and add more passages to this new found toy. It relatively cheap too.       |

Fun! My smaller pig loves pvc pipe tunnels, but my big boy Chewie doesn't fit in 'em  |

My piggies love pvc pipes. About once a month I'll go out and buy 5 or 6 pipes. Then during free time I'll add to their collection. |
