I created an idiot proof way to make a cavy tent this morning. I bent the standard grid so it forms an upsidedown U , like the way you might make a walkway. Then I took a pair of my daughter's child size 10 fleece pants (you can buy these at Kohl's,Target,) etc. and cut the leg off. I slipped the leg over the tent, and cut it down to fit the tent, leaving a little extra to tuck back in. Think internal doormat. Cuddles loves it and just slip the leg off to machine wash when it gets too gross.  No sewing!       |
