Hand Towel

Is it safe to put in a hand towel for the her to lay on or burrow underneath? Eventually when I get a bigger cage, in about a month or so, I will buy one of those cozy rugs for her. But for now would the hand towel be okay or is not safe cause I think she'll chew on it.

I give mine towels for beds and they love them. You have to wash them a lot though. Make sure it doesnt have a fringe otherwise they will chew it up and that isnt a good thing.

mine love chewing on fabric so i changed all the bedding and bottoms of upper levels to carpet.

I just put one hand towel in and she came out of her cage and burrowed under the towel and its funny just seeing a moving towel.

Pigs are so cute when they burrow! The towels are perfectly safe for your pig, just make sure they are not chewing on the towel too much. Hope this helps! =)

Nothing wrong at all if your cavie chews on it if its White.No dies or chemicals

.To make it even safer before you put it in the cage Bleach it.I have a piggie who loves to chew on anything he can find Coroplast bowls water bottle hay rack bottom of my TV Ahhhhhh .Anything.Think after 4 years hed give up but noooooo.
