Is this a breeder or a private owner?

I was looking for guinea pigs online and I came across someone that had baby guinea pigs for sale. This is the link to one of their ads BABY GUINEA PIGS FOR SALE | Dacula | eBay Classifieds (Kijiji) | 19243988 . I'm not sure if this is a breeder selling them or if it is a private owner. None of the ads that they had posted had very much detail. I know everyone here is very pro-adoption so I want to make sure I don't make the wrong choice. These guinea pigs are exactly what I've been looking for, but if it is a bad idea to get them from this person, I will compromise and get what is available at my local guinea pig rescue...

Looks like a breeder, if you click on their previous ads there's identical ones spanning back to May. Since they're still calling them "babies" I would assume it's a new litter :-\
