A few important questions I need answers to! Please take a look.

What water bottle do you recommend for a C&C Cage something easy to hook on to the cage.

And when I take them out sometimes I like to go out in my backyard and just enoy the weather with my pig on my lap. I do this with one pig at a time, Should I do it with both of them? Like when I take the pig out should I take Both out? Will the other get lonely in the cage? They are both birth brothers btw.

And is it okay for them to eat the grass in my backyard I mow the lawn every two weeks does this affect the grass? Or is it safe for them too eat it?

    THANKS people!

I like Hartz brand bottles. I found them at Safeway. I save the ties that come around veggies to help secure it to the cage.

Your grass needs to be free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. If your neighbors spray their lawns with it, wind could also blow some over to your lawn. You might want to ask them.

I bought the cheapie 32 oz water bottles from WalMart, and they are great. I spent $10 on a top-loading one, and it leaked like a sieve. They come with metal holders, or I put the nozzle so it rests on a wire, and hold the bottle in place with a loose zip tie that encircles a higher wire.

I would recommend only taking 1 pig outside at a time. If they both decide to dive off you lap at the same time, you'd be in trouble. You never know if an animal will come into your yard, or a noise will scare them. There have been stories of neighbor dogs jumping fences and killing a pig. It's just not worth the risk.

Also, don't let them eat a lot at one time until they get used to it. Mowing shouldn't have any effect on the grass. You might want to make a lidded enclosure for safety while they graze.

Thank you guys! These piggies are the cutest and most tame I've seen in my life!

Speaking of diving. My newest girl did that this afternoon. She upset the vegie tray and they went flying and she jumped behind a pillow. I was thinking what the heck! The cat came in the room.
