Personally, every time i see a picture on this site I take it was a personal contest to try to get an even cuter pic of my boys NEXT time. "Challenge Accepted" I repeat to myself over and over again.

I don't think it was meant to be a real Contest with an actual winner/ prize. Share away!

It's obviously not to meant to be an actual contest, as the other one was (which was to be judged on entirely subjective criteria by children, by the way, and what was part of the problem with allowing it) ... but a cute photo sharing opportunity for folks.

Someone saying "10 out of 10" is a tongue-in-cheek comment and not meant as a judgment of a contest.
