Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0
I thought my piggy was Purring and then the other night he was doing it alot and they were chasing eachother around. It was the day before we cleaned their cage so I am wondering if they were annoyed with each other. So I beg the question do piggies Purr or Growl? I know there is a site to hear different sounds but my home computer is broke and I dont have speakers at work. I'll have to wait to listen to the sounds. Any ideas? Thanks |

A purr typically have a lower pitch, meaning contentment. A burr typically have a higher pitch, meaning annoyance, or worry. |

So they do both. The louder one is from annoyance. Got it Thanks |

It's not exaclty louder, burrs are more higher sounding, and purrs are more lower sounding, just to clairifly that. No problem, ask anytime! |
